We believe “The Power Box Tuning System” to be the latest phase in Digital Diesel Tuning Technology, allowing the customer the ability to remap their own Power Box.
As far as we are aware, no other system on the market is as unique as the Power Box Tuning System.
This System is available for both Common Rail and Pumpe Duse Engines.

The Power Box system is a simple a plug and play device which uses mapping software to monitor and automatically adjust the fuelling parameters to suit the needs and demands of the moment. The Power Box System can compute and adjust its fuel mapping to a precise level and deliver a high quality performance. The Power Box System can quite easily be compared with live mapping, whilst being easily removable and transferable to your next vehicle.
The installation of the system uses a quality wiring harness which simply plugs into existing connectors on your vehicles common rail connection. We recommend The Power Box is located within the engine bay of the vehicle with the fixing kit supplied, It is activated with a key-fob remote control which can be turned on/off at drivers discretion and if necessary it can be removed if needed for warranty issues or servicing, which then would revert the vehicle back to standard.

The Power Box comes preloaded with 9 power curves.
The Power Box can be reprogrammed if you decide to change vehicles, as an Interface is supplied with the System, just need to receive a new file for your new car.

The Power Box PD Digital diesel performance system is a plug and play tuning system which uses mapping software to constantly change its fuelling parameters to suit the current application. The PD PowerBox System can compute and adjust its fuel mapping to a precise level and deliver a high quality performance. The PD Power Box System can compete with "live mapping". Installation of the system is performed using a quality wiring harness which simply plugs into existing connectors on your vehicle. The PD Power Box is then stored within the engine compartment of the vehicle, it can be removed for servicing and warranty issues which instantly reverts the car back to standard factory settings.
The Power Box PD comes preloaded with 7 Power Curves.
The PD Power Box is automatically calibrated on its first installation. When first fitted, the car is started and left to idle for 30 seconds to allow the PD Power Box to calibrate it’s self to the engine. During this procedure the LED’s on the PD Box flash and the system makes various checks and adjustments to suit the individual engine. When the LED’s have stopped flashing the programming is complete and the vehicle can be driven away.
General Information
Manufactured to strict quality control with CE accreditation, the Power Box has automatic voltage selection with spike and polarity safeguards within the software. This is to protect both the Power Box System and more importantly your vehicle.
Tuning boxes can be very useful for a number of applications, both for the private individual and on a commercial application when an increase in power is required. They also have an advantage in that the owner can return the vehicle back to standard easily if required for whatever reason.
